All ready for bed in my own room! I wasn't sure where I'd be sleeping tonight for sure, because I was having trouble getting in contact with the person Winston was setting me up with. So I was going to just crash at Anya's again, but luckily Ganesh Cherian called me around 6 o'clock and we arranged to meet at Anya's since my stuff was there. Up until we talked on the phone i thought he was just a young guy like me, but he was actually a forty year old man who was married with five kids! Former LDS bishop. Quite a surprise, but not a bad surprise. So around 8, he picked me up, drove to his house which was maybe fifteen minutes from downtown. Very nice guy! Easy to talk to, hospitable. He invited me to stay as long as I like. That might work out well. The only thing I'm not sure about is it being a drive to the city. We'll see. This is what I wanted though - doing workaway, or staying with members. Saving money! Living like real kiwis! I just hate to take advantage of people's kindness. But this family seems genuinely pleased to have me. Talked with Ganesh for a while, and just headed to bed. I think I'm going to sleep well tonight!
